animated GIF's

Hi to all Dillo developers, Thank's to Jorge to point me out the right way to communicate with Dillo developers. I have an embedded system based on Geode( another x86 embedded implementation) and trying to run Dillo on it. Everything's fine till the moment I want to show an animated GIF. I did include few changes into the "gif.c" to handle animated GIF's as frame timeout and iteration counter. Because of lack of time and knowledge of gtk+ I do not know how to show consecutive frames( I start to read gtk+,gdk FAQ, Tutorials and so on 2 weeks ago). Of cource animated GIF must be run with fork or as pthread in Dillo but for now I am interested to find out how I could show different frames. After I got frame data from the cache gif.c is returning to cache server and then I am missing the part what signal or event in Dillo is triggering displaying of frame. No, we haven't implemented animated GIFS. I think gtk's timeout functions are a good choice for triggering the frame display change. I'd start there. I just got a Zaurus SL-5500 and was wondering if anyone has built Dillo for that. I'm running Open Zaurus 3.2. Where would I begin? Sorry for such a newb question! Todd

Dillo & Sylpheed-Claws: finally!

Hi, I want just to announce that Sylpheed-Claws (email client), as of the released version 0.9.0claws, officially supports Dillo as its embedded HTML mail viewer, in the form of a loadable plugin. I would like to thank Jorge for integrating and improving the necessary patches.
