panel_size=tiny have no menu

hi i use dillo with panel_size=tiny and now with the tabs, i wanted to close some of then... but as there is no close button nor tab menu, i was searching for the shortcut for close tabs... i search the mailling list and it points to the menu entry and the ctr+Q, and at least the last one works fine. what i found is that if i setup panel_size=tiny, i have no menu, in dillo1 there was a F next to the bookmark Not that the File menu is very important, but here is the bug report :) Thanks higuita -- Naturally the common people don't want war... but after all it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. patch: fix the toggle button size

If you try setting font_factor to 2, you will see that check/radio buttons are partly overwritten by their accompanying text. I hope there's a clever way to avoid the getFont() that I use in the patch.

viewport losing focus?

If I start dillo and open <TABLE width=2600> <TR><TD>text </TABLE> I can press right arrow, but then when I press left arrow, they stop working and I see the bottom half of "Label" written over the top of the back and forward buttons, suggesting that tabs may be involved somehow.

Javascript engine

Hi, Does anybody know about a lightweight javascript engine we can use with dillo? From what I've seen, SEE (Simple ECMAScript Engine), looks like a good candidate. Disclaimer: I'm a newbie on JavaScript. -- Cheers Jorge.-

what crashes remain?

It's still possible to crash dillo if you click on a remote link and quickly click on some images to load them. Doesn't crash every time, but typically within four tries or so. I had assumed it was the same thing as whatever was wrong with the menu crash, so I'd ignored it. If I stick a_Bw_stop_clients(bw, BW_Img); in the DilloHtml destructor, I can no longer get it to crash, but I randomly got a "Cache_process_queue Caught busy!!!" while browsing earlier today, so there's something wrong with just doing that. (Assuming it's related; I'm not in the habit of getting that MSG.) I can't think of any other crashes, but I don't remember whether Johannes still gets bus errors.

an experiment regarding cross site request forgery

Cross site request forgery is the one where the bad person sticks an image tag or some javascript or whatever on a page, and your privileges are used to do something. So my latest little experiment: out of the image urls your browser sees that have queries (the '?a=b&c=d&e=f'), how many are - just advertisement trash anyway - things you want where the request would work just as well with the query removed (e.g. forum software that likes to stick session ids on everything) - things that wouldn't still work but don't really matter (e.g. user icons) - things you need Here's a little bit of code that tries rejecting them. (If dillo had an option for such a thing someday, I imagine it would have a form more like "don't automatically load, and make it easier to know what the URL is before you load it manually")

findbar sometimes stops accepting input

I've seen this a couple times now...I can't remember whether it started before the last revision to findbar.cc. I can still highlight the findbar text, but I can't change it. I think closing/reopening the bar has always fixed it so far.
