Could we get a benchmark that compares rendering speeds of web pages, and possibly resource usage on top of that as well? I'm just curious to see the results :)

Saw this in Jeremy's valgrind log. There's a a_UIcmd_set_msg(Web->bw, "File saved (%d Bytes)", st.st_size); that works not so well when the bw is gone. I know there's a /* TODO: keep track of this client */ in a_Nav_save_url... Should this be associated with a bw in this way?

Tried saving a file and giving it a name with '@' and '&' inside. Neither the wget output tooltip nor the prTitle liked this.

UI brokenness after resizing from initially-very-small geometry

I was playing with the geometry (in order to see whether anything can be done about the positioning not taking into account window decorations), and I found that starting with 'dillo -g 100x100' has a broken panel after resizing to 'normal' size. ("But why would anyone do that?" True...)

Hi, Does anybody know whether eliminating "large" panel creates a problem with Mac OSX? It used to have a global menu bar that merged that part of the GUI. TIA. -- Cheers Jorge.-

When I click on the "Book" icon in Dillo 1.3.0, select "view page source" from the menu or try to load a page from disk I get the message: "ERROR: can't start dpid daemon (URL scheme='dpi') or 'file' I looked at the code and this message is generated at line 716 in capi.c. However, it looks like the dpid daemon is started at a different place in the code way before it gets to that line. Where in the code does Dillo try to start this daemon? I would like to put some trace messages in there to locate the problem. Georg
