Some Solaris seem not to have it. :(
I decided to replace WAIT_ANY with -1 as in dillo.c; commited.
Please test it on aix and sparc. Use the Jan30 tarball and
just replace WAIT_ANY with -1 in:
dpi/downloads.c and
dpid/dpid.c
