I added the Doxygen documentation in the main website, with the Doxygen
Awesome theme:

It also includes the documentation of most C functions that was not
being included due to "/*" comments instead of "/**" at the beginning of
the functions.
It is rendered directly from the Dillo git repository weekly, until I
figure how to trigger a pipeline in a different repo.
It seems Doxygen is injecting some Javascript for the index, but I think
there may be a way to avoid it so it can be properly read in Dillo
itself. For now I'm leaving it as-is.
