This is a re-implementation of a prototype I wrote several years ago,
which then proved already very useful for debugging subtleties of
"incremental resizing", but was unfortunately lost. I hope that the
new version will be equally useful for debugging floats.
RTFL is not restricted to dillo, so feel free to use it in other
projects.
