Hello Everyone, For our continuous lobbying and constant advocating Free and Open Source Software since 2006, we finally have the first hearing in the Philippine congress for the passage of FOSS BILL ACT 1011 on October 04, 2011. This is not an easy job for us since there are big groups lobbying against this bill who are financed by proprietary software companies.
