CD arrived - need to pay excise duty- confused

Hi all, Did any group in India received the package yet ? Yesterday the courier guy called and told me that package has arrived but need to pay around Rs.850/- also as excise/Customs duty !! Did any one in India recieved such message courier service provider, I am bit confused. Last year I received the package with out any issues like this. Eng version I want to know how many and what are the Italian teams found on this list. Should I track them to send some announcements to the press, while providing direct support in native language. So if there are Italian teams are asked to respond to this thread maybe even leaving any contact preferred (preferably email). In addition there would be some communication to be done ad hoc for some teams, if they were present. Response is not required in dual language. ITa Version Vorrei sapere quanti e quali sono i team italiani presenti su questa lista. Dovrei rintracciarli per mandare alcuni annunci alla stampa, e contemporaneamente offrire supporto diretto in lingua madre. Quindi, se ci sono team italiani sono pregati di rispondere a questo thread magari lasciando anche un eventuale contatto preferito (possibilmente mail). In più ci sarebbero da fare qualche comunicazione "ad hoc" per alcuni team, qualora fossero presenti.
