Regarding SFD kit

Sir, We are bunch of hackers at Pune Institute Of Computer Technology (http://www.pict.edu) who believe in sharing, openness and world improvement. Pune is the second largest IT hub in India (after Banglore) and we are happy to mention that HaCkD is the only team in whole Pune city to celebrate Software Freedom Day. As we came to know about SFD a bit late, sadly we missed the deadline. But since we are just students and have no external source of income or sponsorship, it'll be really helpful if you send us the SFD kit. So that we can celebrate Software Freedom Day at our college in Pune and have a strong impact on folks at PICT who are mostly unaware of non-proprietary world. Hello, I just updated the spanish version of the Countdown [0]: - Added 46 - 98 .PNG files - Added 01, 00 & 00here .PNG files - Added countdown_source2013_ES .SVG & .TAR files However, the file more.png is in a spanish conjugation that not necessarily applies to mostly all countries in Latinamerica, wich is the "voseo" [1]. The difference is a diacritical mark [2], but for some people (like me) it's important. So... I wonder if I should make a es-la sub-page on the wiki for the purpose. What do you think? OTOH, I'm testing the version countdown for my country [3] and doesn't seems to work. It appears the file 00here.png instead the appropriate one for the day. Did I do something wrong? SFD 2013 countdown

Hi! The countdown is ready. In fact there was a little bug in the website javascript which added a month to the displayed countdown which is why we haven't launched it earlier. English is fully ready and all the following languages can be used right now. However someone will need to redo 00.png and 00here.png as the SFD date is written on the image file: Catalan French German Portuguese Estonian Chinese Simplified Persian Arabic Greek For Persian on top of doing those 2 image files someone who speaks the language also need to ensure the alt text on the wiki page is correct. I couldn't find the event date, so maybe it's not written at all, or maybe it's simply not readable in English. And then for the next following languages on top of the 2 image files which need to be redone, days files from today (68) onward are simply missing. If you want a countdown now you'll need to generate them so we can activate the countdown. 2013 page screw up

Hi! While doing some wiki SFD page "maintenance" such as adding captical letters, team pages and so on I inadvertently destroyed page 2013... which means all the current "Add country" in several languages have disappeared. Well we still have 3... Since I am rather handicapped on the language front can people speaking existing available languages listed below step in and provide me the translation here in the email for "Add Country": - Portuguese (PtPt) - Portuguese Brazilian (PtBr) - Russian Maybe Sri Lanka if there are other countries speaking the language... SFD countdown shifts 1 day?

Hi! When I look at main page http://www.softwarefreedomday.org/ I see 58 days but when I use one of the countdown banners from http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/CountDown then I see 59 days. I counted from calendar and 58 is correct - 59th day is already 21th September - the event itself. Can it <http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/CountDown/code> be fixed? Best Regards, Edmund Laugasson

I am frustrated over this registration. At each stage my pages are passed. The name of my team page appears in the URL as I enterred it http://softwarefreedomday.org/2013/Ghana/Ho Bankoe/GLOSS-Club and yet I am informed to check my URL each time I click the submit button. I tried to localise part of the pages of my entry but it is considered weird! Is that the reason I cannot register my team? Is there any other way out wolako
