Hello All, Perhaps this is too soon to ask, but we here in Singapore were a bit tardy in our planning. The result is that we were unable to reserve the National Library Building's larger, well-appointed (and most importantly) air-conditioned presentation rooms. The head of our Reference Department, an advocate of microsoft products, argues againt free software routinely! http://www.cambridgepubliclibrary.org/reference/ref2.html b. Are there any free software resources easy to grasp with no more than a glance?... as opposed to all the stuff one who's uninitiated must be motivated and take time to study.

CD arrived - need to pay excise duty- confused

Hi all, Did any group in India received the package yet ? Yesterday the courier guy called and told me that package has arrived but need to pay around Rs.850/- also as excise/Customs duty !! Did any one in India recieved such message courier service provider, I am bit confused. Last year I received the package with out any issues like this.
