Hello I put a Call for help on the FB group and page of the SFD, would be nice if I can get it reposted as SFD on FB, twitter and Identi.ca. I am sure much more people will pay attention to the call, if it comes from the official SFD account. Issue with Confirmation

I had registered my team PULUG for SFD 2014 with wiki link http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2014/India/Chandigarh/PULUG But i didnt recieve any confirmation mail....but after 2days i saw that mail in my spam box, and when i tried confirming...it threw me an error..... " The registration file you are trying to access doesn't exist. This could be happening because you already activated your registration (most likely) or because the URL you are accessing is invalid. " But on my event map it PULUG is visible but in wrong city. What should i do now? Regards Mohit Goyal

Google Code-in starts Dec 1st

Dear all, We would like to let you know (just in case you've missed it) that Google is running again Google Code-in this year and the event will start on December 1st. Google Code-in is a global online contest introducing 13-17 year old pre-university students to open source software development. Over the last 4 years Google had 1575 students from 78 countries complete tasks in the contest. Google hopes to expand the program this year and would appreciate your help and that of the schools in your association to spread the word to students around the globe and motivate them to take part in it.
