Investigating further I tried the same things with the Epiphany browser and don't hit the problem. Likewise if I use DownthemAll to download the svg file from Firefox it works fine too. But when using the normal download process through Firefox it hangs. Could it be a Firefox specific issue? I'll have to be back home to test further and more browsers (on the road until Sunday night unfortunately). Thanks. Hi again, I'm re-replying as I am also getting very weird behavior on svg downloads which needs to be further investigated. So while I managed to download the file earlier on, it doesn't always work and the problem affects all the svg files. Looking into it. Dear Kevin, I checked some packages' status, most teams from the US should receive the packages already. However it is indicated that your package was held in custom in early September (while other US teams don't have this problem, maybe it's city specific?). I already sent you another email for the tracking number and details status. Hopefully the team pack can arrive on time for your event however on the bright side, since the goodies are not year specific you can always use them later in the year or for SFD 2013 if you get them late. Hi! This is actually really weird, when I clicked on your link it did make my Firefox hang, but going to the logo page and click on the download link there (which is the same link as yours) gets me the logo without any problem. And no, this is not due to any maintenance issue. Any option to get the logo to is download some of the banners source file on the artwork page and get it from there as well. I'll email you the file privately anyway. Thanks. Hi Don't know if it's connected to the maintenance, but I'm not able to download any SVG logos from wiki. I didn't dig very deep, but it seems the response is "403 FORBIDDEN".
