Hi! Having been bitten by a plugin which didn't work after a moinmoin upgrade in 2010 we have taken the policy of using as little 3rd party plugins as possible (none?) in our moinmoin install. This way we don't end up with broken stuff as you can find in the old wiki which is archived under archive.softwarefreedomday.org At the moment the best practice would be to take a screenshot of your location on OSM and link it to an OSM map with the marker if you need that functionality. *Local* change of date for SFD in Fredericksburg

As we amply observed last year, it's a challenge to try to talk software with people who are focused on beer--(understandably). As a practical matter, we've moved our FredLUG date for SFD to Saturday, September 24th. That also is our regular last-Saturday meeting day; however that particular day we'll be at the CRRL main library on Caroline Street to do SFD (if anyone goes to the England Run library on that day looking for fellow FOSS folks, it might be a bit lonely there). So we'll be at the main library on Caroline Street in Fredericksburg on the 24th, for celebration of worthy FOSS goodness. When doing things in a rush it's best to avoid throwing as many new and untested apps in as you possibly can, the games were hardly vital, maybe you should see if Alexey Eromenko wants to produce a disc for next year, he seems interested in getting something in the way of a Windows FOSS distro off the ground.
