Wiki page listing - was (Re: Artwork)

Dear Edgar, It was actually uploaded on the old wiki and we didn't move them when switching over. JM who works on our artworks uploaded them today. - Is there any chance for more than one team to organize a SFD event in Offenburg? - Do you want your city to be listed or your team name on http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/CategoryTeam Now if you look at http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2010/Europe/Germany/ you will find a list of cities Take Hamburg for example and then you get to this page which list all the teams in Hamburg: http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2010/Europe/Germany/ This should have been the structure to follow to get you properly listed. Now based on the answers to the 2 questions above you can either move your page and recreate a city page for Offenburg based on the City template (not sure the exact file name though) or you can also simply add CategoryTeam at the bottom of your page and it will appear in the Team listing. Should you decide to change your team wiki page URL, please let me know so I can modify the map URL. Thank you. Thanks, Thilo and Frederic, How about for the interim period making a single catch-all page on the Wiki and redirect all the 404's there? Then later proper redirect formulas can be set up to steer known moved pages to their new address. The catch-all page could say something to the effect that the page you were looking for has moved to the wiki and provide the visitor a search box and links to the top of the wiki with advice to search or browse there? That keeps the dead links from being complete dead ends. If the wiki (it's moinmoin, right?) has a plug-in to create a site map for google[1], that can help. Hey! Thanks for the advice, we'll try to do something about. The plan is to put it back online soon but it's a huge file and we have to move it to a different server, plus upgrade it. Redirecting is a bit complicated, because we spread our pages. But a page that does a little search and provides a link to the wiki would be good. We did not come to an agreement yet on how we do it. Hi! It's actually at the bottom of the registration form: "Note that from 1 August 2010, teams that register are not guaranteed to receive supplies. Supplies will be sent subject to availability." Redirects from the old site's dead pages to the new site.

If there is time, please use mod_rewrite[1] to redirect user to the new pages or at least to the new site. Sending an HTTP response (301) 'Moved Permanently' might also help the search engines update, because the old pages are still turning up in Google. This one turned up just now near the top of the search results but gives a 404 Not Found error: http://softwarefreedomday.org/about The redirects can point to individual pages if there is a 1:1 mapping or just to a page on the new site saying that there is a new address and to rummage around there. Deadline for CDs

Hi, can somebody again write what the deadline for registration to be able to order the CDs is? In the announcement it says "10 days". But thats a relative date, not an absolute one. I think if we want to encourage people to register early the absloute date is essential. So we should fix this on the website but if it is answered on this list, everybody here knows, too.
