Just checked the diff, compiled and run. AFAIS, it's OK. @all, please compile/run rc1 and report how it went. Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server. :( (I added some mention of 3.1 and 3.0.4.1 for clarification after noticing that our ChangeLog link only shows 3.0.4.1 at the moment.) I had this happen with another file some weeks ago, and I mentioned it to Andreas, who either fixed it or it resolved on its own somehow. I don't believe I've changed anything. My umask is 0066, but that's not new at all.
