Images Not Updating (Using Cache on Page Reload)

I just noticed, dillo_port1.3 using fltk-1.3 is not refreshing/reloading images when page Reload is pressed. The images I noticed not reloading are found on my weather forecast page: http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?zoneid=AKZ222 (... thinking, this might be more in depth such as the images being embedded in javascript or something which mitigates this issue.) -- Roger http://rogerx.freeshell.org/

I also like it. I would prefer to use our own methods for word wrapping (i.e. Textblock), but couldn't come up with anything really working until now, so I'm happy with the drawSimpleWrappedText().
