Hi everybody, I've had a look at BUG#340, but I cannot reproduce it. Can anyone else? If not, one could delete it from the bug list. 340 Impact: soft error At: run time Type: misbehaviour Comments: Dillo doesn't keep www.yahoo.com in the history when going to the "advanced search" link. HTReproduce: Open a new copy of dillo. Go to www.yahoo.com. Click "advanced search". Wait for the page to load, and click the back button. Hi Dieter, I just finished the first prototype for the two-threads-only file server dpi. I've had this in mind for sometime because the old one, despite solving a deadlock race, used too much threads when the page requested too much different files (one per file). This can cause some problems on restricted environments as PDAs or uclibc for instance. I hope this solves the issues you told me on your LP64 machine. Ah, the CVS also has a lot more fixes of -Wconversion warnings. Urbi et orbi: please test these new dpis because the current CVS is very close to becoming dillo 0.8.4! Agreed. > Does anyone know better about umask's effects in depth? W. Richard Stevens, for one, so I followed up every reference to umask() in "Advanced Programming in the UNIX(R) Environment". The only effect mentioned is that it modifies the file permissions mask passed to open() or creat(). The book also recommends umask(0) for daemons, but since we don't want to allow other processes to see dillo's internals I would still say umask(0077) is right for dpid. Cheers, Jeremy

Hi Jörgen, Sometime ago we considered with Sebastian moving the "Current Plans" section of the home page into its own page (with a link in the left column).
