Patch: improve window titles for the downloads DPI

Comments on this tiny patch? http://starurchin.org/dillo/patch/dpi-downloads_window_titles.html I thought it looked a little unprofessional to have default dialog titles like "Unnamed". Any objections to me pushing this? Regards, Jeremy Henty

Interestingly, the "10000" protrudes out of the left end of the table on firefox, which suggests there might be something wrong about this page in a way that I'm not immediately grasping.
