if dillo is embeddable, what would it take to embed it in itself so that dillo can do frames?

Now, i happen to hate frames, and prefer to do the 'fake frames in tables' thang (which other people hate :-) ) , but their are a lot of misguided webdevs out there who have chosen to implement their site with frames, and i actually need to get information from them every now and then. For instance, going to this one in dillo is a pathetic folly :-) : http://www5.metrokc.gov/webmaps/parcelviewer/Viewer/KingCounty/viewer.asp so if dillo can be embedded in sylpheed, why cant dillo be embedded in dillo? tnx! johnu

Changing font_factor dynamically

[Please pardon me if this is the wrong forum for such feature requests.] I'm using dillo with familiar on my iPAQ. One thing I'm regularly missing is a possibility to change the font_factor setting dynamically: For the iPAQ's small display (240x320 minus a few decorations), a single font_factor just can't fit for all different pages: For some pages, I'm glad with font_factor=0.5, with others, font_factor=0.6 is readable. I guess it's a major effort to implement a dynamical switch of the font_factor (e.g. using a pull-down menu), but I would be glad if you could discuss this feature request. -l switch not working if <base href="..."> is given

Hi, The -l switch is meant to disallow retrieving external resources. This works fine unless the html file contains a <base href="something"> tag: in that case, the external resources are retrieved. To check this, I made a test case with an excerpt of the google search page. The attached html files just display the google logo in a table. These two attached html files differ in that "index.html" has the <base> tag commented out, making it non functional, whereas in "index-base.html" it is taken into account. To test this bug, save both html files in a directory. Then create there a subdirectory called ./images where you save the logo.gif. (This is meant for index.html where the missing <base> defaults it to the current directory. In that case, dillo index.html will show the logo, as expected). Then run dillo with the -l switch on the two files: dillo -l index.html index-base.html. The index-base.html will show the logo retrieved from http://www.google.com/intl/en/. The expected behaviour is to not retrieve it. I'll try to look into this bug this weekend, but I'm not so familiar with dillo's internals, so do not expect a miracle.
