We intended this list to be low-traffic, but there are things worth discussing, and it was a natural medium to carry on such discussions. So now we have a "planning-en" list (English) and a "planning-es" list (Spanish), and you are encouraged to join them and carry on SFD-related discussions as you wish: http://mail.sf-day.org/lists/listinfo/planning-en Will team-contacts be forwarded to planning-en?
No, and thank you for raising the issue. We haven't yet finalized the requirements for teams receiving sponsored materials, but having at least one team member subscribed to the team-contacts list will very likely be a requirement for those teams.
This list, team-contacts, has now become a one-way list. We will use it for announcements, but all replies must come to the sender @softwarefreedomday.org. Any other messages to the list itself will be rejected. Please stop setting the reply-to then.
Done. I hadn't actually changed the team-contacts list configuration before I sent the previous email, but the changes are complete now (I think). If you see any loose ends, please let let me/us know.
