I'm glad to announce that the Culmus Project now provides initial support for Hebrew romanization <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Hebrew>. The new version 0.111 of the SimpleCLM font contains special Latin characters required for proper transliteration of Hebrew letters, and it's available in the Preview section of the Developers' Area <https://culmus.sourceforge.io/developers.html>. There is also an overview of general romanization requirements in the Notes section <https://culmus.sourceforge.io/notes.html#romanization>.
The font was kindly provided by Aharon Varady. I would like to thank Aharon both for this contribution and for his overall effort to promote the use of free Hebrew fonts on the internet.
