OK. So add a picture in your wiki page you need to: 1. log in 2. go to your wiki page (can be done either way 2 and 1 first works as well - it's just that a lot of issues come from people not being logged in.) 3. Look on the right end side of the menu bar: there is an "Actions" menu. click on it. 4. Select Attach File from the list 5. You can now upload a file (image or presentation or...) 6. Click on the Edit menu now and insert your image where you want in your page using the code [[attachment:file.ext]] where file.ext is the file name you just uploaded. 8. save (you can preview first to make sure).
