Dear All, Is there any other programming languages in Open Source that i can teach my students apart from Python? Please may you send me materials on programming languages

Hello. As a non-programmer may I suggest Gambas (http://gambas.sourceforge.net/), which is quite a good starting point even if it's not that "scientific" as C, Fortran, etc.
