That's what comes from trying to make the registration script too complicated! We are working on a solution to this technical glitch, however until then there is a very easy workaround that you can use: -------------------------- When you get to the part of the form that says "Would your team like to receive supplies?", change the drop-down box to "Yes" and then click on the refresh/reload button on your browser. -------------------------- Thanks for your patience. If you have previously registered and were unable to request supplies, and you would like to, please feel free to register again now, and use the workaround described above to ensure that your supplies request is received. We will remove your earlier, duplicate registration.
