We're getting ready to run a SFD event in Cleveland, we expect about 250 folks to attend. So we're looking for CDs. I don't mind paying for them. "this pack contains only promotional material that has no commercial value and no duty or tax should be charged on this" .
This would make sure that there would be no duty/tax payable by the teams.
