A few teams seemed to have problems. We sent out the packages very early (earlier than ever before) and we apologise for those teams who didn't get their packs in time. We will try to further improve this for next year. If any teams that didn't get the packages (who haven't already) could report back to us what went wrong if they can, that will certainly help us. In the meantime, everyone please have a wonderful day!
