I would like to form a team in the Inland Empire (Western Riverside and San Bernardino counties). I also have registered a domain for coordination of resources and presentations in the Southern California area. It is http://www.socalopensource.org-a.googlepages.com it is being hosted off of Google Pages right now (Free). I would like to work with like minded people in the area. I want this to be an all year round thing to inform people, officials, and others about the capabilities and freedom that FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) provides. I am an Ubuntu LoCal team member in Southern California. I am not Ubuntu centric and have experience in FreeBSD, Fedora, Mandrake, and Ubutnu. So I do have knowledge of the depth and breadth of Open Source. I would like to have a install party on Software Freedom Day 2007. Contact me at jgrayson@socalopensource.org . Or this email address.
