Packages not received yet

Dear Norman, I only have one team who registered and click the 'receive schwags' checkbox from Nicaragua and it's not registered under your name. Now I did find your team under this new name but it seems there has been a delivery problem (from the tracking information). Let me clarify this with the delivery company and get back to you.
