Hi everyone, Answering a few questions from 2-3 persons let me explain how we're proceeding: - Canonical will be shipping the Ubuntu CDs and they needed a 60 notice to make sure CDs would arrive on time. From my experience last year it worked and I got mine 1-2 weeks before the event (if I remember correctly). That might still be tight if you're organizing SFD on the 6th. - For T-shirt, stickers, button badges, balloons all samples have been confirmed and production has started. We're planning to pack on Tuesday night and Wednesday (next week) and ship the following day (before end of July). My experience last year was that I received the T-shirts on time and the balloons/stickers 2 months after the event. This year we'll be shipping all together and your feedback on labeling has been very valuable. The courier company is telling us delivery time will be between 3 to 7 days depending on which part of the world you are located. So even doubling that should still get you the schwags early enough. For CDs we decided to localize the OpenDisc last year as no one speak English where I live. Having the budget and a plan on paper helped me to secure sponsors who helped to cover our costs and distribute a lot more CDs. We did that in 3 weeks to give a rough idea of the time needed.
