I don't think so.... actually PHPBB have a lot of security trouble. I
use to have it on my FSUG site, but, after year of spam attack, I have

You actually got the message because... the page doesn't exist. Looking
(actually clicking the link you supplied) showed me that you created a
team page here: http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/KULUG

which if you followed the instruction that I supplied, you would know is
the wrong location. From what you wrote earlier your page should be this
one:
http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2010/Africa/Cameroon/Kumbo/KULUG (be
careful the wiki is case sensitive).

So please go to http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/CreateYourTeampage
and follow the steps described as u will need to create Cameroon and
Kumbo as well.
