Let me confirm 2 things with you:
1. Did you submit your team details at http://cgi.softwarefreedomday.org/register.html
2. - If not, then this is how you get on the map (among other things)
    - If yes, then did you check your spam folder? it is usually where the confirmation emails ends up when you don't receive it...

Let me know and we'll fix that together today.
