What is Software Freedom Day?
Software Freedom Day (SFD) is a worldwide celebration of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). The reason behind the SOFTWARE FREEDOM DAY celebration is to promote the use and awareness of FOSS among Academic community and Industries.
We have invited about 58 schools in and around the Salem city to take part in this celebration.
We have also set up 20 stalls to demonstrate about various open source softwares.
