Grant Petch, If you already registered an account at http://softwarefreedomday.org, you can login to edit your wiki for your team by clicking on the "Login" link at the top-right corner of the page (below the Search button). Once login, point your browser to http://softwarefreedomday.org/teams/oceania/au/SouthernFleurieu and click on the "Create new empty page" link to create the page. From there, you can edit your team's wiki page and click on the "Save Changes" button to save the content. You will also need to contact the SFD staff (ie. Pia) to update your team's wiki location from http://softwarefreedomday.org/teams/ to http://softwarefreedomday.org/teams/oceania/au/SouthernFleurieu so it will be reflected in the teams' listing as well as in http://cgi.softwarefreedomday.org/map.shtml Hope this information is helpful. Hi List: Just managed to work out how to register for getting a wikipage, as I'm trying to work out how to get a webpage up on the SFD 2008 for our team, and for it to display with everyone elses at www.softwarefreedomday.org/teams and also for it to have its own url at www.softwarefreedomday.org/teams/oceania/au/SouthernFleurieu OK I managed to create and save a page when I registered my own name as "Grant Petch", but from here I have absolutely no idea how I am to get and load the page up where it is supposed to go.
I have read the instructions provided on the website on how to do this stuff, but I am still having trouble on working out how to solve this issue, does anyone know what I am to do now from here??
Kind Regards, Grant Petch SFLUG Organiser & SFD Leader E: gpcs@ozemail.com.au
