Under http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2014/France in the "Ajouter une ville", just type: Paris - Normandie
Then I wish you to rename the various section of the "city" page, which in your case in no longer a city.
And then at the bottom of this page in the "Ajouter une équipe" just type your team name and enter.
