It was good, but I signed up a little late, which may have affected our physical position. (Far down the street, where there was less foot traffic) We got to talk to a lot of people, and give out quite a lot of software. It seems that with our signage, people still didn't understand that the software was free, some came up and asked "So what are you guys selling?" Had to explain the free vs. libre type issues to some. But it was overall a great little event. Next year I'd like to get in on the correct day if possible. The week after was OK, but the location was perfect for me personally, that's why we did it that weekend. Thanks for the kudos. Hopefully we'll get organized a little earlier next year, and put on a little more for the production. (I'd like to be able to do a few small lectures or tutorials, but that will depend on the venue)
What was your feeling about the day then?
