Hi all,

Software Freedom International will be doing a press release early next week
about SFD 2008 (as will several of our sponsors). I wanted to give the
community a chance to:

a) post to the list any amazing preparations, or expectations for the event.
Any big names participating, or Government announcements?

b) give everyone a chance to update their event pages before we get some
press. We already are seeing a much greater build up of website interest
this year than last year, and it looks like we may hit 500 teams this year,
with over 400 already registered and many more expected!

c) do your own press releases. We are almost 2 weeks out, so get out to the
local radio, newspapers, and other media for the final build up of interest
and participation!
