Hi!
We've been using the post-office for a few years now. As I wrote already no matter which company we use from the most expensive to the cheapest we run into the same issues: some teams don't get their packages on time or at all.
I know there will be issues in some countries when we're doing it on such a big scale. I understand your situation but using registered post with a "tracking number" will help let us know that whether or not we should wait for the package to arrive. Right now even the post office guys are not able to help us in any manner because it's an ordinary post. A tracking number is a must for any international post.
It's a fact of life that we have to live with, and believe me we look very closely at the issue.
Fred
