Here goes the post event updates of our event no.2 & 3 of this year :D

In here in Dhaka, Bangladesh on Tuesday, 23 September 2014 on the venue University of Information Tecnology and Sciences, Baridhara, Gulshan, Dhaka-1230 we have started the proceedings on 11:00AM. FOSS Bangladesh Information and Research Secretary Sagir Hussain Khan starts off with the presentation on Software Freedom Day and the causes we support and joined in with the Global Community. On the other sessions by FOSS Bangladesh Volunteers were -- Software and Cyber Freedom presented by T I M Shafiqul Amin and Open knowledge, Software Freedom, user rights and its necessity by FOSS Bangladesh General Secretary Shazedur Rahim Joardar RING. Among the others Faculty members from the Computer Science and Engineering Department and Information Technology Department of the UITS Dr. Supratip Ghosh and Mr. Al Imtiaz was present and participated in the event.

With 100+ participants we ended at 13:00 and prepare to rush towards our next event on the same day at AIUB.

From 14:30 at American International University Bangladesh, Dhaka-1230 we started our proceedings again with a localized video of Richard Stallman's Speech on SFD. At 17:30 we ended up this event with 50+ participants and the GNU/Linux installation and support service free of cost and free for all by the FOSS Bangladesh Volunteers Shafiqur Rahman Pallab, Mahazurul Karim Maha and the other Volunteers run for 30 minutes more. The campus organizer of this event AIUBCC, honoured FOSS Bangaldesh volunteers with souvenir and gifts.
