ouch! We once in a while have those 500 errors while trying to save wiki pages and I can't find any trace or anything in the logs. The only solutions so far have been to either come back the next day and it would 'just work', or ask someone to insert content for you. That's cool! I created a wiki page to gather all the lectures under the resource section. It would be nice if you could also upload the slides and share the links in the page so every team can benefit for years to come as well.
