Hi! I've created the TX page but yes we've had those issues sometimes (though not often). You can probably try to edit the page and add stuff and it should work I believe. Note that the textcha is sfd or SFD. But that shouldn't create the problem you're having. Let us know if you're still having troubles. Sorry about that.
