YES, out CD has arrived in airport and TNT charge 200 taka (<$3.00) per CD for customs duties. Totally they asked 17000.00 taka ($ 246.37) to release the CDs. What can we do now?

yes, and also tell them that the custom duties valuation do not make sense.
Rs 850 would mean you ordered about 1500 CDs as per the value declared

In my case, I told them that it was to pass without any duty and it
did eventually.
