Ubuntu CDs and team packs have never been sent together since Canonical is responsible for the Ubuntu CDs (sent from Europe) and we (SFI) are responsible for the team packs (sent from China for the last 2 years and I think Philippines the year before that). All packages have been sent, it's been a long story this year which I'll probably blog about later. Most likely we'll be able to put all the tracking numbers online early next week.
