We once in a while have those 500 errors while trying to save wiki pages and I can't find any trace or anything in the logs.
The only solutions so far have been to either come back the next day and it would 'just work', or ask someone to insert content for you. As it hasn't been bad enough nothing further has been done to investigate.

OK Thanks Fred, fair enough. I know the feeling on rare errors :-) I suggest take a quick look for strings localhost & perhaps 127.0.0.1 in the wiki & apache configs, as localhost should not be leaking out, You may not find the error that was stoping me, but you'll probably find something [else] :-) Background info: my end was under heavy net traffic thus slow response.

That's cool! I created a wiki page to gather all the lectures under the resource section. It would be nice if you could also upload the slides and share the links in the page so every team can benefit for years to come as well.
