Thanks for your comments. I'm going to push back a little bit, because
we need good reasons for adding language here, and I'd like to hear
more from you about why you think the changes should be made.
I think that "empower...to connect" in the vision statement implies
accessibility, though I think I could be convinced that explicitly
stating the word would be good.
I think that gender and age are implicitly not our concern in #3, and
listing "gender" and "age" will get us all kinds of requests to add
"race", "creed", "sexual orientation", etc. Let's keep it shorter and
simpler unless there's a pressing reason to address a particular type
of inequality there.
