But I'll pick one little gem out — not sure if it's a graphics program or not, but it most certainly is graphical and you can design with it... so here goes nothing: LeoCAD — the program to create Lego designs. Gimp, Inkscape, Graphicsmagick and Imagemagick are great. As are DarkTable, RawTherapee, MTPaint and TuxPaint. However, some lesser known FLOSS graphics programs I like are GrafX2, LodePaint and I.mage.
