I just received the mail digest and I can see that a lot of guys are
facing problems because the mail was sent using ordinary post.
I'm also facing similar dilemma in Chandigarh, India. I visited the
regional office, then I was redirected to the head office. They're
also clueless about it. Finally the head suggested that I'd have to
personally go to New Delhi (where all international mails arrive) and
ask them. Even if I send one of my teammate there, em. I don't think
that they will be able to help us because it's an ordinary post and
there is no record for it.
Overall my conclusion is that using ordinary mail is a very bad idea
because all that the organizers can do now is wait (for it to arrive
after the date passes).

It's my humble request to Frederic and all other organizers to please
look into this and take care of this issue next year.
