No thank you. I've set up the Australia/Victoria and Australia/Melbourne which should be sufficient for now.
Unfortunately no, you still need a page for your team/event. That's done to give the possibility for other teams to organize their own event in the same city. I understand that in some places it might not make sense but it's a courtesy we should all give in. A generic SFD page under Melbourne can fit pretty well. You're free to set up whatever title and team name you want in the text of course. Fred
