Dear Anirudh,
So first http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2010/webclubnitk would be an invalid page. It has to be under the full location link. Now your team should be under http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2010/Asia/India/City.
Are you telling me your cannot create the city? I see 6 cities already created by other SFD team leaders...
Thanks to confirm.
fred
I am slightly confused, actually (it is my first time registering here). Could you please explain the process to me? Do I edit the RegionEnTemplate to create the Asia/India/Surathkal page? How exactly do I create it? After that, I think creating the team page will be a similar process, won't it?
me too, don't worry ;-)
No, don't edit the template. You should be able to just type in your region/city and it will be automatically added to that page (and you'll be able to add content into it. I'm going to log in with a test account and check.
Fred
Yeah, I figured this out. Awesome. Thanks, yet again. :)

Yeah, pages created. Thank you. :)
By the way, I am not allowed to view the SFD Code Of Conduct. http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/CodeOfConduct
