It's indeed a good suggestion! If it helps local teams to recruits more volunteers, sure!

What do you suggest to be included in this certificate?
Besides, should a certificate template be enough? and then each SFD team can download it and modify to add the volunteer names by themselves.

We also need to think about how should we distribute this certificate template? Should we just publicly upload it in a wiki page , allow everybody to access? or just sfd team organizers can access it, how can we do it and so on :)
