Hi! All source files are on the wiki usually in the same page as the bitmaps. I'm copying the sfd-discuss mailing because that could be helping others. Are you're not specifying which banners I think you could be looking for either the Artwork page source files or the Promote page source files. Those can be found by clicking on "xx attachment(s)" sentence at the top of the page or on the 'Action' menu on the right side of the screen and 'Attach file'.
